Welcome to Rickway Kennels located in friendly Manitoba where almost twenty years of consistent planned breeding has taken place at Rickway. Rickway Kennels has had many excellent opportunities to add to and enhance the original dogs that had been purchased from Australia and the UK. We strive for the complete Labrador, not attempting to overemphasise type over movement or temperament.

Rickway Kennels has been in existence since the mid 70's. Purchases from Olga Martin - Lachienvale (Australia), Arthur Kelley- Bradking (GRB), Sue Faulkner- Lewisan (Wales) have added strength and dimension to the breeding program at Rickway. Our foundation stock are immersed in the pedigrees of old British bloodlines.

Rickways accomplishments are sound, steady and continuing. Our puppies have won Nationals, and repeatedly through their offspring both in Canada and the US, continue to produce Best in Show Winners, both of All Breed and Specialties, High in Trial Obedience winners, and dogs competing in and earning hunting titles.
